> Bathrooms (2): Master bath with spacious shower; Guest bath with whirlpool tub.

> Washer / dryer, Central air.

> Large patio with furniture; Charcoal grill; Picnic table; Firepit.

> Flat lawn out to lakeshore; Great swimming, Sandy bottom.

> 150 ft Pier with large 16' x 16' platform; Two lifts, 4260 lb lift for large boat, electric winch; Lift for two jet skis.
