DEER PATH
ON GREEN LAKERENTS ALL YEAR
Located on the grounds of the Green Lake Conference Center/ABA, right on the shores of Big Green Lake, Deer Path will inspire and delight you. This beautiful, spacious home will comfortably accommodate large, medium or small groups. Enjoy a family vacation, a golf outing, a weekend retreat or a business meeting.
The wooded grounds are very private with 250 feet of shoreline. There is a large private dock and small, sandy beach. A 3,600 lb. (20 ft. or less) boat lift is included.
On the grounds is the breathtaking and challenging Lawsonia Golf Course with two 18 hole courses, The Links with open fairways, native grasses and large elevated greens, and The Woodlands, a scenic course that meanders through the woods.
You can hike in the summer and fall or cross-country ski in the winter, plus enjoy the beautiful waters of Green Lake... boating, skiing, swimming, sailing and fishing.
Deer Path was designed so that one section of the house can be closed off from the other with private entries to each, creating two self-contained units, the Main and the Lower.
The Entire house sleeps 16 in 8 bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms.
High Season (June 12 - Labor Day) rents the Entire House only and full weeks only. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
In Low Season rent the Main unit which sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms, or rent the Lower unit which sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Summer renters, please bring your own beach towels.
All rentals are subject to state and township taxes totaling 10.5%.

Courses of Lawsonia
The Golf Course of Lawsonia boasts 36 holes of Championship Quality golf.
The Links Course features gently rolling terrain; bent grass fairways; multi-tiered, unusually elevated, moderately fast greens that are surrounded by about 90 strategically placed steep bunkers; deep rough; large snaking sand traps.
The Woodlands Course is a stunning contrast to its predecessor, the Links Course. Its fairways are densely tree-lined and guarded by a series of about 80 traps, making it much tighter. Considered a modern target course, it is comprised of radical elevation, and large bent grass greens that are moderately fast and well bunkered.

MAIN UNIT
5 Bedrooms and 3 Baths
The center of the Main unit is the great room with a stone fireplace and cathedral ceiling. There is plenty of comfortable seating, well-stocked book shelves and a piano. The glass doors across the front open to the deck with a lovely view of the lake.
The kitchen is well equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including refrigerator, dishwashers, range with gas cooktop and convection oven. There are coffeemakers, a small microwave, a mixer, blender, baking equipment and cooking utensils. Everything needed for meal preparation and serving. The adjoining dining area has a large oak table which seats sixteen.
The bedrooms are planned for comfort... plenty of pillows, blankets and comforters.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
